All of our products are available for purchase by mail, phone or through our online secure purchase system. You can order individual fonts or entire packages at a discount.

ORDERING SINGLE ITEMS
The best way to order individual fonts from any of our collections is to use the online ordering and download system or to order by phone.

ORDERING PACKAGES
Many of our packages of fonts and art are too large to be delivered effectively online and may only be available on CD. To order these, call our toll-free number and we'll see that they are delivered quickly.

ORDERING BY PHONE
You can order by phone using a credit card or by COD. There may be a slight additional charge for COD orders. Orders be delivered online through email, by regular mail or by faster methods at an additional charge. To order by phone call:

Make sure to have your address and credit card information available when you call. You can also send your order by fax to 1-512-472-6220. If you fax in a credit card order include the card type, card number, expiration date, your address and your computer type.

SECURE ORDERING ONLINE
We have now set up an automated order processing system which allows you to order any of our CD packages online securely with a credit card and have them shipped to you. It includes discounted CD combos and other special offers. This system handles orders for larger packages which cannot be downloaded. This system is particularly useful for overseas customers who may not want to phone in orders.

You can order many of our basic font and art packages and individual fonts and download them directly online through Digital River. This system handles small specialized orders very well, but doesn't allow you to purchase larger combination packages. To order online you need a credit card. ORDERING BY MAIL
Orders by mail can be made with a credit card or a personal check or money order. Send your order information, including your address and computer type to: Ragnarok Press, POB 140333, Austin, TX 78714. Orders by mail take a little bit longer to deliver, but orders paid by mail can be delivered online if you request it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are ordering from outside of the United States the best way to take delivery is online, either through email or using our secure server. International orders by mail will be subject to a $3 additional charge for air mail shipping. International phone orders can be made to 01-512-472-6535 or faxed to 01-512-472-6220.
