We answer our phones 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm CST. When no one is in the office during those hours (especially on weekends) the
phone will usually be forwarded to someone at home or on the road. If the lines are tied up you'll get our voicemail and we'll call you back as quickly as we can. If you fax or email us and don't receive a response within 25 hours there may be a problem. Try calling
instead. We try to respond to old fashioned mail as fast as we can, but it's less efficient and more time consuming. Include your email address and
phone number with any correspondence.
