The supplemental expenditures for the war WERE included on the budget, but because they were supplemenal they appear on the budget for the subsequent year.  Go peddle your propaganda somewhere where people don&#039;t read the bills and the budgets, like DailyKos.

		<description>Those numbers from the Heritage foundation are misleading. Bush did not include the costs of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan (which were huge) in their budget. Instead they treated them is &quot;emergency supplementals&quot; which allowed them to hide the numbers from the public. Obama on other hand is being honest with the American public and including the cost of the wars in his budget.  Now lets see if you post this comment or delete it :-)</description>
