I generally write more with an idea of what I want to occur in that chapter, rather than the length. But I know you said pages, so:
If it's something that I plan to post online, I try not to go over four pages. It doesn't matter how you break it up into paragraphs, anything longer than four just feels too long to scroll through (though you could argue a case that four might still be far too long).
For something that's going to be in book form, maybe around fifteen pages? That would probably be 25-30 in a standard page-sized novel. But that seems on the short side.
You could try checking a novel you have and seeing how many pages that author puts in a chapter. Cut it roughly in half for your average page in word and you might get a better idea of how long you want each chapter to be.
