True Golden Font from the Designs of William Morris

True Golden is a classic font based on a design by legendary arts and crafts designer and author William Morris. It is a special rendering of Morris’ Golden type, based on printed samples rather than digitized steel type, preserving a more accurate representation of the look in print.

True Golden has been one of our most popular text fonts, with high readability but a somewhat traditional look that stands out for readers. The current version has custom bold and italic versions and extended foreign language characters.

You can purchase and download the full and revised version of True Golden today. It is also going to be included in our William Morris font and art collection.
