The Ordering Process

Step 1: Select Your Items

Browse through the site and pick the items you want. You can leave and come back and the shopping cart will remember your choices for up to two hours.

Step 2: Check Out

Once you've made your selections hit "Check Out". This will let you review your choices and edit or modify them to make sure you've bot the selection right.

Step 3: Log In

If you're a new user, create an account or choose to order without an account. You will then enter some personal information so we can process your order.

Step 4: Select Payment Type

You can pay with any credit card, with checks or with a direct bank debit through PayPal, or with any major credit card directly through our site. Both forms of Payment are secure. Please ignore any security messages from Internet Explorer - it doesn't sometimes recognize our security because we use 128 bit encryption which didn't exist when Microsoft wrote the program. If you order for payment by PayPal you will go to the PayPal site to fill in charge info and will then be returned to our site for final checkout. For security reasons your IP address is recorded with any order. This allows us to track down internet thieves more easily.

Step 5: Select Delivery Method

The final step is to decide how you want your order delivered. Almost all products are available for delivery online by immediate download. If you pick that option you will be sent an email right away with a link to download your order. If you want a CD (likely if you are ordering a large package and have a slow connection) you should pick a physical shipping method. You will still be able to download the order for immediate use in addition to having a copy delivered on CD.
