Walter Heberling was a noted sign painter, calligrapher and chronicler of the Art Deco movement in advertising in Chicago in the 1920s and 1930s. One of his notable lettering designs was for a simplified somewhat square gothic alphabet which we have used as the basis for our new Worlds Fair Gothic font, choosing that name because of it's stylistic compatibility with the 1933 Worlds Fair in Chicago.
Worlds Fair Gothic features a complete character set and a number of special characters and custom characters and it comes in two variants, the regular rather narrow style and a special extra wide version.
There is no demo version of Worlds Fair Gothic, but you can see samples here and you can ORDER the full version online for only $24.
